Respond as fast as you can to Go targets, but hold back when a No-Go target appears, which trains attention and impulse control. Select a mode below to begin.
Click the green GO, don't click the red NO-GO.

Profile
Choose the deficit to target, then select a starting level.
Inhibitory Control
High commission errors, meaning responses to No-Go targets are not suppressed
Attentional Engagement
High omission errors, meaning Go targets are missed due to inattention
Processing Speed
Slow mean reaction time, meaning delayed stimulus processing
RT Consistency
High RT variability, meaning inconsistent processing speed

EARLY = tapping ahead of the beat (over-anticipatory forward model). LATE = processing or conduction delay. HIGH SD with near-normal mean = cerebellar timing dysmetria. Click timing uses pointer-down with a fixed device-latency correction so taps align with sensorimotor synchronization norms.
Graded Symptom Assessment (GSA)
Rate each symptom from 0 (not present) to 6 (most severe). Scores are totalled across four domains and classified as Adequate, Mild, Moderate, or Severe. Use the Export PDF button to save a dated report.
